Seller will provide Livingston County water and septic test but any required permits and any required repairs will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller will provide good and clear title to the property. There will be a 10% Buyer Premium over and above the final bid to determine the final purchase price. Within 24 hours of acceptance of the highest bid the Buyer must sign the real estate contracts and provide a a non-refundable deposit of $2,500.00 which will be credited to the buyer toward the final purchase price.
